Since she was young, Xenia dreamed of working in a humanitarian organization, a dream that finally came true in 2011 when she invented BOROUME( Μπορούμε), a platform that saves food and ensures its donation to those who need it most. Xenia has studied Ancient Greek and Philosophy at Edinburgh University and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the The London School of Economics and Political Science - LSE. She writes poetry and in 2006, she completed the UK Open University’s Creative Writing Course. From 1999 until 2012, she worked as a senior editor for the website in.gr of the Lambrakis Press Group where she designed the first vortal for Agrotourism, and as a project manager at the Lambrakis Foundation and as a senior editor of Discovery & Science Magazine of the Lambrakis Press. Also, she has taught Theory of Knowledge at the International Baccalaureate of Moraitis School in Athens. Currently, she is heading Giving for Greece, the initiative of Bodossaki Foundation - Ίδρυμα Μποδοσάκη for charitable giving that assists individuals, corporations and institutions that want to contribute towards social needs and who need advice to ensure maxium possible impact, efficiency and transparency.
